Terms of Use

Last updated: July 24, 2026

These terms apply to this website and to applications published by BMP Research LLC.

License

Applications published by BMP Research LLC are licensed, not sold, to you. Apps distributed through the App Store are additionally governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies where these terms are silent. Where the two conflict for an App Store purchase, Apple's terms control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our apps, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our apps.
  • Use our apps to violate the law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation of our services.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create with our apps. We claim no ownership over it. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of anything you consider important.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BMP Research LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of our apps or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an app is limited to the amount you paid for that app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may modify these terms or discontinue an application at any time. When we change these terms we will update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use our apps after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
